Ensure the title company receives all necessary documents and information.
Keep all parties (buyer, agent, lender, title company) informed throughout the transaction.
Submit repair requests based on inspection reports.
Track and manage financing, inspection, and appraisal contingencies.
Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted for brokerage compliance.
Coordinate and confirm the final walkthrough with buyers and agents.
Verify closing date, time, and location with the title/escrow company.
Ensure the Closing Disclosure (CD) and other documents are accurate and sent to buyers for review.
Remind buyers to set up utilities and services for their new home.
Compile and organize all necessary documents for closing.
Ensure all documents are archived according to brokerage requirements.
Send thank-you notes or post-closing check-ins to buyers.
